Asia: 4/4
Europe: 3/3

Competitions will be intense in this 2 region. Here's my predictions:
THOMAS CUP likely qualifiers:
Asia -- Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand or Hong Kong (with Ng Wei, Chan Yan Kit, and a good first double, they will trouble Thailand)
Europe -- Denmark, England, Germany
Dark-Horse -- Holland

UBER CUP likely qualifiers
Asia -- very very tough...with Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Hong Kong fighting for 4 places. On paper, Korea and Malaysia should qualify, the other teams' qualifications will depend on draws and forms on the day.
Europe -- similar situation, with Denmark, Holland, Germany, and England fighting for 3 places. Denmark and England are strong in doubles, while Holland is especially strong in singles. Germany could steal 2 points from their first single and first doubles.
