Hmm...I am surprised why PBSI does not send any WS to both tournaments..because in my opinion, they can get more experience, especially for the TC/UC 2006 qualification...

I have no idea what is the strategy of PBSI...

Maybe they think that Indo WS cannot reach higher round like semifinal or final... ..that might be the case...but IMO, sending the WS is also good because later they can evaluate themselves in order to get better...
They can see Malaysia, now Malaysia has WMC in WS, she still cannot beat Chinese WS, but at least, she is better now than before....that what's my opinion

I read in Bola that the WS players will train in Indonesia for SEA Games, and Hendrawan decided that he will not send any player to Hong Kong Open this year. I think Maria Kristin, who will be playing in the group stage only, will participate in Taipei Open. But Nana and Firda won't participate, because they need more practice for playing in the individual categories and group as well.

It is better for PBSI not to send WS players to 5 or 6* tournaments...It is a waste of money. Rather than spending the money for sending them to 5 or 6 * tournaments, it is better for PBSI to use the money for searching for young and talented WS players by conducting local, regional and national tournaments...
AFter finding some potential talented young WS players, the ball will be on PBSI's court to develop them to be another Susi Susanti.

I agree with PBSI's decision to send players who have the chance of reaching the sem and final and winning the tournament.

I have always admired the way PBSI has done in producing world-class MD and MS players....
