VENUE:
UC Berkeley Recreational Sports Facility (RSF)
2301 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94720
- 12 regulation courts total located on the 3rd floor in two separate gyms (6 courts each)
- metered and paid parking on Saturday, free street parking on Sunday
- unfortunately, no food is allowed in either gym at any time. Food can be consumed outside or downstairs in designated areas ONLY.
EVENTS:
Flights A, B, C, and D with consolation for MS, WS, MD, WD, and MX, subject to change based on the number of entries.
- 3 events max on Saturday (singles and mixed), 2 events max on Sunday (doubles)
- no jump in flights, must play with same partner for multiple flights, must play at level of higher-ranked partner
- both partners must submit individual entry forms
FEES:
$12 for first event, $10 for each additional event. Late fee is an additional $5. Group discount for groups of 8 or more is $10 first event for each group member.
Tournament T-shirts can be purchased for $10 at the tournament or pre-ordered for $8 (indicate on your entry form).
SCHEDULE:
Both Days: Gym opens at 8am for warm-ups, matches start at 8:30am.
Saturday: Singles start at 8:30am, Mixed will start at approximately 1:30pm
Sunday: B and D flight doubles start at 8:30am, A and C flight doubles will start at approximately 11:30am
- Court warm-ups are 3 minutes and there is a 5-minute default rule
- The gym closes early at 7pm on Sunday, so your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated in observing the warm-up and default times
