this isn't a knock on their company

i tried to purchase item with them and paid on oct2, but since i can't find the price for shipping during the process, i send them a email 2weeks later and asking them how was the shipment went, no reply

i recently asked them again and after a reply they told me to pay for shipping, i clicked on the link gladly, but i cannot go through the transaction, the window just kept closing, i tried both mozilla and IE, and i tried turned off all the ad block and NIS, still not working

i told them for a refund, then they replied me saying that they had sent an email regarding the shipping payment on oct 5...

imo i think its too late, because i don't want to wait anymore, took them 2email total 1month to tell me a month ago they noted me already 3days after my purchase? if they had replied me on my first email i might have paid already and the item had already arrived

anyone buy anything from them before and ask for refund? my item basically sits in their office still

i think their responds are ok, with an exception of being slow
since i had their name from BF... i think its fairly safe(i hope) and i think their price is attractive too, hopefully they can upgrade their transaction UI

if this thing sound like i am trying to black list them, please let me know, i still have hope on them(STILL) :)

they're system works with IE, but not so well with firefox. They respond better to chinese as compared to english, even though they still do quite well

I've not had much problem with them and i've gotten quite a few orders from them. They're responsive to the extend of what they need to do.

If your gettin them to ship overseas (here to canada) it may take a while depending on wut kind of shipping u got them to do. In my case I had them ship to somewhere in Taiwan and a relative brought them over.

Their service has been quite good for me. At least compred to wut I was hearin from other ppl with regards to other sites

i dn't have any problem with their service, at all

but just think that they can do abit better on confirming payment if its not made for 1month....
annoying(but not that negative) thing now is that they keep asking me to pay for the shipping when i can't even get pass the second screen...

i tried literally more than 5computers, ad-block/NIS/moz/IE/etc

none of them work, thats why i don't want to bother with waiting for me to get it done

i don't mind dealing with them again, but "next time" :(

the system due to its high security requirements times out very quickly. When I ordered my last shipment I had to go thru the system 2-3 times jus to get to the payment screen. However once u get to the payment screen another window pops up and then ur safe.

Hope this helps
