taber 11-14-2005, 03:53 AM Hej,
I am considering buying some stuff from www.puppysports.com, but are the items genuine? Anyone bought from them before?

Tammy 11-14-2005, 07:04 PM I have the same question. But I guess no one has bought from this store (mail order, I mean).

legendarycroc 11-14-2005, 07:16 PM I tried to order a cab21 from it, after i enterred my visa card number, it said the transaction failed, so I have no idea if this was an isolated incident. So if you have enough money, you should try it out. LOL
albertchiew 11-14-2005, 07:27 PM Hi there,
I have tried to contact them thru' emails for weeks since end of September till now. Yet they don't seem to reply any of my email.:crying:
As a result.... I gave up and get my rackets elsewhere.... Even though their rackets price are really attractive...
Best regards,
Albert

Hi legendarycroc,
Hmmmm... that's really annoyed me then:mad: ... 'cause I did send them like 2~3 emails since September thru' this contact address... info@puppysports.com (info@puppysports.com) and yet till now no reply at all!!
Basically, I just ask them about their rackets authenticity, version, Stringing method and if possible can I have the serial number and such before they depatch the ordered rackets. Yet they don't seem like to reply any of my mails??!!:crying:
Too bad!!
Thanks for clearing that up for me... may be they just don't like me... perhap...
hahahaha... my money stink...!!!
Best regards,
Albert
taber 11-15-2005, 12:01 AM They answered my mail very fast too. Hm.. They really have some attractive prices :) Wish someone knew b:
alien 11-28-2005, 03:03 AM Hi there,
I had bought some stuff from this puppysports and its O.K. Maybe we are in the same area and there is no loss in e-mail communication. they reply me just within resonable time (same day or 1 day), I guess you guy forgot the time difference between HK and Canada and europe, etc.
They answer all our questions. If you mail did really get through them, I think they should reply you.
Good luck !
:) :) :)
sabathiel 11-28-2005, 03:29 AM I also ordered 2 Yonex racquets from Puppysports.com through eBay. I won the auction and they run out of the models I won and ask if I want to change models or get my money back. I said I'll give them some time to to find the models I wanted (1 Cab 20 and 1 Cab 21) they replied 1 say later saying they have Cab 20s, Cab 22 or Cab 25. So I picked 2 Cab 20s and ask for 1 Yonex BG65 strings to make up for the price difference with my Cab 21 which I won on eBay. I tried contacting them through eBay but there was no response so I went to their website and contacted them directly and they replied. They told me the eBay goods were handled by part-time staff who has now left so don't contact them through eBay but do it directly through their website. Their racquets have very competitive prices and I ask them if the Yonex were made in China they say all their racquets are made in Japan. They said they are a subsidiary of the largest racquet shop in Hongkong www.racketshop.com.hk (http://www.racketshop.com.hk) and not to worry about the authenticity of the racquets. They sent the racquets last Wednesday and gave me the postal number receipt.
sabathiel 11-28-2005, 10:00 PM I can confirm that the Yonex racquets I bought from puppysports.com through eBay are genuine Yonex racquets made in Japan with the Sunrise(Yonex official distributor for South East Asia) seal stickers on the racquets. It took just 6 days to deliver from Hongkong to Australia and the prices are really competitive because I have compared them with other shops on the net. So now you can buy with confidence unfortunately I don't think puppysports are putting anymore items on eBay so you would have to go direct to their website to buy the products. They offered me great service such as free stringings with Yonex strings and gave me a bonus extra Kimony grip worth HK$20.00.
FLYINGBIRD 11-29-2005, 12:59 AM I bought some stuff from puppysports.com as well. I would also recommend you guys to have a look of their website as the prices are really competitive and the goods are original. I also found them friendly and efficient.
However, I think they are quite busy as they did not update their website often.
I recently bought a Yonex NS8000 from them through enquiry via e-mail not from the product list. Then tye quote me the price. So, maybe you guys need to ask them for your particular requirment.
Cheers.:p

Midget_Boy 11-29-2005, 05:01 PM Default prices are in US dollars, but they have an option to change to various currencies, including HK dollars.

Vi3tboiwiz 04-07-2006, 01:29 AM I recently purchased a MP100 3UG4 from this site and i'm wondering if it's a real authentic Yonex racket?
badmad 04-09-2006, 11:42 AM Hi Guys,
I was exchanging a few mails with puppysports in the past week and found that they are really prompt. I asked them about not replying to a few of our guy's emails. They said that they never received such queries so they couldn't.
I think that they are a very prompt seller and would highly recommend them.
Vi3tboiwiz 04-17-2006, 01:38 AM :crying: I'm guessing since it takes about 6 days to ship to Australia that it would take more than 6 days to ship it to the U.S. :crying:
FLYINGBIRD 04-17-2006, 08:58 AM Do you mean you receive it or not receiving it but late ? Are you in Australia or US ? Sorry my English is not so good.
If you do not receive it, may be it is casued by long Easter holiday. I am regular customer of puppysports. Do you want me to check for you ? If so, please let me know more details.
They always send postal or delivery no. immediately they sent out the goods.
Good Luck.
Vi3tboiwiz 04-17-2006, 04:30 PM I ordered a MP100 from Puppysports on April 7th and I haven't gotten it yet. I also live in the U.S.
