picking up my cab 20 again

guys,

i just wanna know how many of u had switched your rackets back and forth. from cab 20 to something then end up with a cab 20 again?
i think i m one of that kind:D
having played with my mp88(s) for 2 1/2 years. i found that they were very powerful and easy to play rackets. (i have 5 of them over the years. ;) )
but two weeks ago. a friend of mine brought his newly acquired cab 20 on court and let me try for a few matches. just after the first trial! i said to myself "damn, i got hooked!"
cab 20 was just as good as mp88 in my hand but with a better touch and "solid" feeling when smashing. that's something which i can't get from a mp88.
so, i m gonna switch back to cab 20 later when the strings of my mp88(s) are old.

tell you what red, cab20 is still one of my fave racket at all time. Calming racket when you are down with the muscle power or armortec (iso shaped shouldve a larger sweetspot), its also a very sturdy racket and rewarding when you've hit the right spot. I started off playing badminton with a cab20 and broke like 2 and still owns 4 more (2 unstrung, good tension not to be wasted)... thanks for sharing your thoughts on cab20 red, as I think it is well worth mentioning that the newer range of rackets dont give you the same good solid "feel". Always wanted to try out the CP/CN version and feel but I cant afford the price tag. :crying:

Used them in the 80's. Didn't realise what a gem was in my hands.:(

Then I switched around using cab8 (metal frame), prokennex 787 and 858, iso800, slim 10, cab22.

I must say cab22 I like for doubles. But as all round for single and doubles, cab20 rules!:D

they're just some cab 20 in lavendar color. (not those with old logos).
they can be exchanged with your cn(s) if u like to cheung hehe.. :D :D :D

i was talking about the overall experience of playing with an oval.
i'm sure some others in this thread can agree its more satisfying and gratifying than an iso. :)

the smaller sweetspot doesn't make it more difficult to play with, per se, i think it just needs a bit more of our attention. its like... a woman. :D

yylove has more special item than me. He has the Cab 20 Shamrock (green colour), I only saw this colour twice. One time is in Hong Kong, my friend just think it was a fake racket, another time is in Japanese Website..........
