I guess it really depends on you. The higher tension gives you more control and slightly more power. It also depends on your racquet and your swing speed. Power is nothing without speed.
So I would say if you have some power and good swing speed, 25 would give you more power.

1. You have to pick a tension within your comfortable range. Once you are outside the range, you have NO power NOR control.
2. The string tension is not the only key factor in the "feeling". The racket frame, the string type are others among a lot of factors you need to consider as well. The best way is to try the different tension, and make your own decision.
3. Safe way to do is, if your old "combo" fits you well, stay with it. ;)

Yep. It really depends on you and your swing. For me it's 25.

I'm referring to the choices Afham gave us, 21, 23, 25lbs. (in his first post).
Otherwise it would depend on the racket and string.

ill answer ur question this way .
on a high tension racket , im using 26lbs on my millenium 5 ti 66 rsl racket with ti68 string .
full strenght smash = powerful
mid strenght or low strenght = dead bird.
however if u put it at a lower tension , u get less power at full str smash but mid str and low str produces more power than higher tension racket.
