Try to search in the badminton planet for photos.

For the preparation of the stroke one must keep the racquet up.

Have a good stance with his right foot backwards if he is right handed.
Hit the shuttle as high as possible the shuttle must be kept in front of the face never allow the shuttle to go behind you .

For recovery it depends on the player footwork if he is fast he will start to go to the centre of the court again as sonn as he plays the shuttle .He must be ready to go for a return to the same corner .
