When I move my shoulder back I get a pain. Like something is being pinched restricting movement. Anybody had anything similar and how did they cure it.

Go to the physio rightaway...nobody can help u in a forum and it is not advisable.

Oh crap.. I get that too if I play a few days in a row! Its kinda in between my shoulder/neck! And yes its like a pinching pain!

possibly a pinched nerve. get thee to the physician

your arm eventually falls off...JK, of course. pinched nerves can be painful. best to get some medical advise for your problem; i'm not qualified to give medical diagnoses or advice.
