Plastics for IBF tourneys from 01Feb?

Haiya Shuttlers,

Has anyone any confirmation about plastic shuttles being used for all IBF tourneys starting 01Feb. I came across this line when I was scanning the Asian U16 results at the Malaysian StarOnline (http://thestar.com.my/sports/story.asp?file=/2005/12/29/sports/12978191&sec=sports)

"The new scoring system and plastic shuttlecocks will be used for all International Badminton Federation (IBF)-organised competitions from Feb 1."
