I wish LCW to win the game, although LD is the favorite.

LCW had a tough game today, playing three sets to beat Chen Hong would exhaust his energy and he needs more time to recover. Like WC2005, I think semi-final is the furthest he can go....hope he can put up a tough fight against must stronger LD in rubber sets.

Anyone have the video of LCW vs Chen Hong to share?

Yes, I can see from your predictions. But I think these old farts are wily doubles players. The youngsters will have to wait (maybe until they become old farts themselves).

I think Lee Chong Wei will go into the semi-final match against Lin Dan with a great disadvantage. Chen Hong has already softened up LCW, and he just doesn't have the reserve to go that extra mile. Already half the battle is lost.
The same thing happened in the AE final some years back between Chen Hong and Gopichand. Less than 18 hours after Chen Hong's marathon 2-hour match with Rosalin Hashim he had to play Gopichand. Not surprisingly Chen Hong lost.
Now if the new scoring system were to be used, Lee Chong Wei will not be so disadvantaged as he is now. Maybe the old system is great for an epic match, but it would not be as good as the new system for the whole duration of the tournament. Just looking at it from a wider angle.

i have not seen zakry and gan in action but they both have good communication during game, very pumped and high five non stop! :D
