Goode Sport in Welwyn are the guys. We buy all our Ashaway stuff there (racquets, clothing, restrings, etc...)

Hi Neil,

I have used NRC sports before to buy two racquets from them (at the same time). After buying the racquets I received no communication from them at all, I e-mailed them and no response. After two weeks I tried calling them and they told me it would take over a week for them to come in (they didnt have any in stock). Add the shipping onto that it took about 4 weeks for the racquets to get to me from when I first ordered and by the way I live in Florida, not England.

A couple of weeks ago being an optimist and hoping the service may have improved since the last experience I became interested in the Cab 30MS they were selling and decided before buying from them again to try an e-mail-guess what again no reply. I would say e-mail them first asking some simple questions. I`m sure you`ll get the racquets but the wait time and customer service was pants!

I just ordered some strings from them last week, and finally the box came in yesterday. However, 1/3 of the items are wrong. They are either not in the color that I requested or not available. The total amount they billed to my credit card is also incorrect.

Up to this point, I cannot recommend this store. The processing speed is slow (2 weeks), the order handling is rough (things are beat up in the box) , wrong/substituted items are sent without notices, not available items are not notified, and billed the wrong amount. I have sent them an email and address the problems that I have with my order. Let's see what they will say on this and hopefully correct the errors with returns, exchanges, or given-credits.

Today is 3/16, and they still haven't fix everything right. I received their 2nd shipment, but there are still a lot of things missing. So, I called them, and they said it will take another week to ship me the right things.:mad:

I thought about ordering from them :eek:. Is there an alternative?

Everytime this store promised me to ship me the things that I order, they always sent me different stuff without any notices.

So, opening the boxes from this store is like opening christmas gifts, which are always full of surprises. If you can live with that, then it will be a perfect store for you. As of this moment, I don't think I will buy from them anymore .
