Hey everyone...

Ive just read the sticky about injuries but i feel this isnt an injury but a result of my playing.

I have a pain in the top of my forearm/elbow, now this pain always occurs thru playing badminton and i dont think im doing any harm because by the next morning its fine, i also play lots of squash and i dont get this feeling.

Am i doing something wrong with my smash or certain shots that might cause this.

Like i said the pain has gone the day after so it cant be too serious but does cause me some discomfort while playing.

Thanks guys

I might be technique, but my guess is that it is an equipment problem: try increasing your grip size. A too small a grip can cause elbow pains.

Just buy one or two overgrips, wrap over the original grip, and see what happens.

I was suffering from the above said pain and when I approached my Doctor said it was due to the disease 'Tennis Elbow'.Then I apprached an Ayurvedic Doctor and he suggested me to increase my grip size and apply heat twice a day.It worked well and I am fully recovered.
