hey there,
nice to see other people who are interested in training
I'm in Clear2 advance class, and i've never been in intermediate, but from watching them train (they have a class before ours), they practice a lot of stroke/technique, and some footwork... it's probably a good place to start if you've already played before
however it's probably still a good idea to get assessed by the coach before you sign up

I believe you can phone them and schedule a time for assessment... or you can probably go in and see if the coach is free... it shouldn't be very long... mine was about... 3 minutes... i did it last year in june
best of luck
