wow, for that kind of speed, you won't find it easily in Asia.As scchang pointed out in another post, Taiwan is the cheapest place for Victor. Check out Mattshop (http://www.mattshop.com.tw/2-shuttleList.asp). Even the price per tube is C$14.28 for the Victor and C$16.78 for the AS-50. Mattshop doesn't mention the speeds, that I can see. Also, I don't know what markets have a distinction between the Champion and the Champion No. 1. I know we do in Korea.

Which is the best place, Is bluejeff correct in assuming that buying from Asia is an option? Or are you looking locally?
I guess I didn't mention clearly. Yes, anywhere globallly for the best price and the speed must be in the speeds I'm looking for because they will be used used in Canada.
I know my Aunt brought some Victors (78) from China which I recieved a few days ago.

If you are thinking about buying shuttles from TW, you can forget about it as:
1. The speed is only 2, occasionally 3, and that's it. No other speed are availabe in Taiwan.
2. Price will go up 20% very soon. So, it will not be cheap .
3. Quality of Victor champion in Taiwan has been dropped dramatically. I refuse to buy Victor champion anymore since last year and so are all the club members I known.
Speaking of issues reguarding Champion.
Champ #1 also had issues too. When speaking to my dealer about it - he said the Victor distributor told him, that I can get a new one free. To do this, collect 12 shuttles which have the issues (ie. cork collasping, getting easily dented).

If you can't get Victor Champion, try Victor Gold #1?
The birdies fly pretty good and a bit cheaper than champion.
Or you might try other brands besides yonex, there are plenty of name brands such as: Tactic, Sotx, Flexpro, Hi Qua, Kason.
