everytime i come home from some badminton, my toe starts to hurt. So i would clean it and take a good look at it, and i realize that there was a water or some kind of clear fluid build up under my skin. So i took a needle and punctured it so i could get the fluid out.
My question is how do u stop the fluid from biulding up there or anywhere else on your foot?
Thanks!

do your shoes fit you properly?, do your toes push hard against your shoe when your running and stop suddenly?

Sounds like a pressure blister (no - I'm not a doctor, but have had the same problem). I only use proper sports socks with cushioning now, or tape the toe up with a band-aid (sticking plaster). Haven't had any problems since.

which if u play often enough.. yr skin will eventually build up
and become so thick that blister no more
my friends tend to take proud on those as thats a signiture of hardworks

You have a blister. Wear better socks (thicker sports socks, such as Thorlos Tennis).

Agree with the theory that after a while you get hard skin and solve the problem - but then summer comes around - 3 week break from badminton - lots of swimming - and.... back to square one - soft feet, skin falling off all the time. I think that feet that look like #&%* is just one of the signs that you play lots of badminton. Even all the good female players I know have feet that look like #&%*
