That should be a fake..
NS9900 is all made in 2009 but from your serial that is made in 2002!!

For your 207022SP,
the "20" stands for date
the "70" stands for month and
the "2" stands for year (the last digit is useless)

so, it says there it is made in year 2002, month 70(impossible), date 20
So that should be a fake!!!
