View Full Version : Ricky, have to ask you again...
Ah Ching 05-15-2001, 11:00 AM Ricky ah, would I have to pay HK$1000 for the MP100 at this moment? Hope the price will be closer to HK$800 to HK$900. Thanks in advance. :) Great info on the badminton bags with the link. I will definitely visit Luxis.
Ricky 05-16-2001, 07:58 AM At least around HK$900, try to negotiate on price when you buy it.
Ah Ching 05-16-2001, 11:04 AM Thanks again Ricky. :) Always count on you. :)

Ah Ching 05-16-2001, 12:54 PM Ah Cheung, you have to meet me in person to know how I am. I'm just a person that congratulates people that have helped me. Ricky has been very helpful to everyone on badmintoncentral and he does deservce a thank you. Of course, Ricky doesn't have to help everyone on this forum with all the information about all the stores. We all love badminton and we all want everyone to enjoy the game by helping each other out. We are all fellow Chinese people and we should help each other. Right?

Ricky 05-17-2001, 09:12 AM Actually I have difficulty to read the Cantonese typed in English. -) Btw, thank you Ah Ching. In fact, as I said, I can't reply to all such kind of message (don't have so much time). I just pick whatever I would like to answer.
Brett 05-17-2001, 05:42 PM Translations please?

Tony, there is a romanisation of Cantonese but there are a couple of systems, "Yale" and also "Lau". Personally, I have experience of the "Lau" system but am not following it closely in the above messages becasue not everybody is familiar with it. (like Ricky). Yale seems a little less natural to my thought processes.
Well, it's all light humour and I know Brett is dying to know what we are saying. Hehehehe.
:o)
