ok... i am basically trying to get a new racquet to change my carbonex 1 here... am i have narrowed down my choices to
1. aerotus 110
2. muscle power 100
3. Ti10
i like to smash, drop and clear. Drives and net play are not exactly my cup of tea. that is why i am now very confused... reviews of these racquets have been excellent and the price is about the same.
That is why i need a minute of your time to tell me which one do you think is better and pls, if possible, tell me why do you prefer it...
THANKS!!!!

I don't know what a Carbonex 1 feels or looks like but If you like the classic head shape get the aerotus 110. If you want to try something different, you can't go wrong with the Ti-10. Finally, If you hang out long enough in Badminton Central you'll become one of us end up buying all three.

Um, you like to smash, drop and clear. Thats about all the basic shots you have in a game.
Forgive me i sound insulting but the Ti-10 probably wouldn't suit you as its considered more of an "advanced" player's racket. I have 1 but i seldom use it anymore. The MP100 hasn't been around all that long, so i suggest that you don't take this racket. I've used it once and very briefly. I'm not familiar with any Yonex Aerotus racket. SORRY!
I would reccomend you get a simple Carbonex racket like the Cab 20 or Cab 10 or Cab 9. Their great rackets for "amateurs" as your name suggests. These 3 rackets i've tried and i find to be suitable for players beginning this WONDERFUL sport to players who play badminton up to intermediate level.
Happy shopping!

hehehe, i'm completely adicted to badminton and i have well over 3 rackets! What can i say..... i love this sport
I totally accept with byro!
I think u should buy some good simple long lasting racket like the Cab21 or the Cab20.
Standard rackets for beginners. Offensive play=Cab 20 nad defensive =Cab 21
Best of luck

Hi,
You already narrowed yor choices down to these three. Did you try any of these rackets? A review is usually somewhat subjective, so unless you have tested these rackets yourself, it is not that wise to decide on mere reviews what racket to buy. I cannot really give you good advice on what to buy, since I always do a series of tests to decide what racket to buy (it helps if you know the shopkeeper or salesperson of the store or brand).
I must say I have never heard of the Carbonex 1 racket before. I played with the Aerotus AR-110 and the Ti10 rackets from Yonex, and the AR-110 plays very well indeed, but it is not as stiff as the Ti10. During the game, both rackets feel comfortable. The Ti10 is somewhat lighter than the AR-110 and has a different shape of the blade. The MP-100 is unknown to me.
Success with your choices and if you really cannot decide, just buy all three of them (as some other people already suggested)
Erwin.
