Fanny lantas mengadu ke Komnas Perlindungan Anak (PA). Tapi kini giliran pihak Taufik menyerang balik.
Lewat pengacara, Edy Kurniawan SH, Taufik mempertanyakan beberapa hal terkait kasus yang melibatkan dirinya ini. Bertempat di kantornya Gedung Patra Jasa lantai 12, Edy memberikan keterangan kepada pers, Jumat (30/6) malam.
Pertama, Edy mempersoalkan identitas Fanny yang tidak jelas. "Misalnya saja soal alamat. Pengacara Fanny menyebut alamat kliennya di Kota Bambu Utara RT 04/01, Kelurahan Kota Bambu Utara, Palmerah, Jakarta Barat.
"Tapi begitu dicek tidak ada. Identitas kok ditutup-tutupi? Yang namanya orang mau laporan itu harus jelas identitasnya. Kalau identitasnya tidak benar, ada sanksi dan hukumnya," ujar Edy.
Dia menambahkan, "Apalagi kasus ini sudah dilaporkan ke Komnas PA. Kebenaran soal identitas si pelapor tidak main-main lho, karena Komnas PA langsung laporan ke Presiden. Dan karena sudah masuk ke persoalan hukum, kami berhak menanyakan identitas si pelapor."
Hal kedua yang dipersoalkan adalah soal legalitas. "Ada KTP tidak? Si Fanny punya KTP tidak? Artinya Fanny itu orangtua yang sah atau bukan," ujar Edy.
Soal ketiga terkait dengan soal UU Perkawinan. "Anak yang dilahirkan di luar perkawinan, maka diasuh oleh ibu dan keluarganya saja. Sesuai pasal 55 UU Perkawinan, pembuktian asal-usul anak itu dilakukan dengan akta kelahiran. Ini kan yang dituntut Fanny? Bila akta tidak ada harus diselesaikan di persidangan," ucapnya.
"Kami menyayangkan sikap Fanny, mengajukan tuntutan, tapi tidak disertai bukti, minimal surat keterangan kelahiran anak (SKKA). Sampai sekarang kita tidak tahu ada atau tidak SKKA-nya. Nanti kami juga akan minta surat keterangan dari RS Pelni Petamburan, ada atau tidak pasien yang bernama Fanny. Jika memang RS Pelni tidak pernah menerima Fanny sebagai pasiennya, maka surat keterangan itu sah sebagai bukti (yang memberatkan Fanny)," ucap Edy.
Selain itu, pihak Taufik juga menyayangkan Excel yang selalu diikutsertakan setiap kali kubu Fanny menggelar jumpa pers. "itu tidak pantas dilakukan. Kami mengimbau kepada Komnas Anak untuk memperhatikan hal itu," kata Edy.
Ketika ditanya langkah yang akan ditempuh selanjutnya, Edy bilang, "Karena somasi pertama yang kami kirim tanggal 27 juni 2006 tidak ditanggapi, maka kami akan melayangkan somasi kedua."
Dalam somasi itu, pihak Taufik minta agar Fanny berhenti melakukan tuntutan, menyiarkan berita, sekaligus menarik berita. "Bila tidak, kami akan melakukan gugatan pidana atau perdata," ujar Edy.
Somasi kedua terhadap Fanny itu akan dilayangkan Senin (3/7). "Bila dalam waktu tiga hari tidak ditanggapi, kami akan menempuh upaya hukum, yakni melaporkan Fanny ke polisi dengan tuduhan telah melakukan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan (pasal 335 KUHP), tindakan fitnah (pasal 311 KUHP), dan pemalsuan identitas berupa KTP (pasal 263 KUHP)," ujarnya.
Ketika ditanya soal tes DNA, Edy bilang bahwa memang harus ada pembuktian medis dalam kasus ini. "Tapi, kami belum dapat surat dari Komnas PA. Kalau sudah datang, nanti kami akan menjelaskan soal tes DNA itu. Tapi untuk saat ini, Taufik Hidayat belum memberikan jawaban yang jelas. Soal tes DNA itu, dia sendiri yang harus memberi jawaban," kata Edy.
Ketika muncul pernyataan bahwa yang diinginkan Fanny hanyalah pengakuan bahwa Excek anaknya, Edy bilang, "Mestinya melayangkan gugatan perdata dong, bukan melaporkan ke Komnas PA. Itu kalau hanya ingin Excel diakui sebagai anak Taufik."
Dalam kesempatan itu Edy sempat bertanya ke wartawan, "Anda yakin Fanny itu ibunya Excel? Itu yang harus dibuktikan. Minimal dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan lahir."
Kabarnya, pengacara kondang Ruhut Sitompul, menawarkan diri jadi mediator dalam menyelesaikan kasus ini. Edy bilang, "Nggak ada mediator dalam kasus ini. Itu juga bukan tugas Komnas PA, untuk menjadi mediator." (kin)

JOHOR BARU: Indonesian star Taufik Hidayat (pic) is ready to throw in a strong challenge in the US$125,000 Yonex-Sunrise Asian Badminton Championships (ABC), which began at the Indoor Stadium here with the qualifying round yesterday.

“I am here to get a good result,” said Taufik after a training session at the Johor Badminton Association Hall in Larkin yesterday.
“The ABC is part of my preparations for the Singapore Open (May 1-6) but my target is to win the Indonesian Open (May 7-13). I have not played in a tournament since I lost to Lin Dan in the first round in the Malaysian Open.”

Taufik is now ranked 20th in the world and is seeded fifth-eighth in the ABC. Defending champion Lee Chong Wei is the top seed ahead of China's Chen Hong, who is making a quick return to competitive badminton after announcing his retirement from the game recently.

Barring any upsets, Chong Wei is tipped to play against Taufik in the quarter-finals. Taufik has won his last two matches against the Malaysian number one – the latest was in the semi-finals of the Doha Asian Games last December.

“Because of my poor ranking, we will cross paths in the quarter-finals. It is not going to be easy playing against Chong Wei, who has the advantage of home crowd support,” said Taufik, who took the gold medal in the Doha Asia.

“Chong Wei is a good player but sometimes he lacks the mental strength. But I cannot dwell on my past results.
“When I did not go to the All-England and Swiss Open, I just enjoyed my training and spent time with my wife. I am not thinking of the World Championships in August because my wife is also expecting our first child at that time.”

However, Taufik, who opens his campaign against Saeki Koichi of Japan, was also quick to point out that he has to be wary of his other opponents. He also has in his quarter Malaysian Sairul Amar Ayob, who won the Dutch Open last year.

The ABC is the last tournament for the players to pick up ranking points for the qualification for the World Championships, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur in August.

The Olympic qualifying period begins on May 1 and the Asian badminton powerhouses have chosen to keep their top players at home to prepare for the Open tournaments in Singapore and Indonesian.
Meanwhile, the only Malaysian involved in the qualifying round yesterday, Vivian Hoo Kah Mun, failed to make the main draw of the women's singles competition. She was beaten 9-21, 14-21 by Japan's Fujii Mizuki.

yeah, i find this hard to believe as well. sure, there's always been deliberate losing of games/withdrawals between players of the same nation for ranking points to qualify for the olympics or WC (the AE final between ZJH and Liu Jun in 92 is a prime example) but i doubt that there was bribery involved in the TC.

Last time when I watched a talk show with taufik as a guest star.He told the host that during Asian Games,somebody came to him and offered money (in US dollar) and asked him to lose to chinese player.He said it occured before semi final.We know that he met BCL in the quarter n met Lin dan in the final,so the one he reffered to must be BCL.I dont know if it is true or not but IMO,it seems he doesnt like chinese players.

FYI, after the tournament, he left the BA of China for a tour around malaysia without letting the coach knowing about it. I still remember the coach went all crazy because of this. Went for a tour around the town with my fren's father, with a gold rolex (that's just the bonus part) in his hand. I'm not kidding here. So please dont ask me to back up. There were betting going on that time for that event, big big ones, involved millions.

I dont blame ZJH as the pay from CHN team that time was really bad that time. Most of the players was looking a way to get out of CHN team at that time. Searching for better opportunities......

Indonesian Badminton Star Taufik Hidayat Is Busier Than Ever

Just because Taufik Hidayat resigned from the Indonesian national team training camp and turned professional last year does not mean that his life is any less hectic.

In fact, busy is just how the former world and Olympic champion wants to be.

Competition alone does not drive Taufik anymore. His plans to build the Taufik Hidayat Arena, a 6,600 square meter sports complex in Kelapa Dua, Ciracas, East Jakarta, are set to begin after three years of preparation.

The 28-year-old wants to realize his long-time dream of managing his own training camp for talented youngsters. However, he said the arena’s proposed location, a five-minute drive from the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) training camp in Cipayung, was only a coincidence.

“I don’t mean to be the PBSI’s competitor. Actually, I want to help the PBSI to boost the players’ regeneration by creating more talented players through my project,” the 2004 Athens Olympics gold medalist and 2005 world champion told the Jakarta Globe on Monday in an interview at his home in South Jakarta.

“As we all know, Indonesian badminton is going through a rough season. I grew up with badminton and live from it. I think it is time for me to dedicate myself to a better Indonesia.”

Designed by M. Ridwan Kamil of Urbane Indonesia, an architecture consulting company in Bandung, West Java, Taufik Hidayat Arena is scheduled to be an asymmetric building with eight badminton courts and two futsal courts. Construction is scheduled to begin in March or April.

In comparison, if one has been to Arcadia Badminton Club in USA, Taufik's sports complex is about twice as large!!! (71,000+ sq. ft).
Or if one has been to GGBC2 gym in Emeryville, Taufik's complex is about 5x the size.

Anyway, congrats to Taufik and hope the new facility will produce a Taufik Jr., in the future..:cool:

..looking at those 3 matches, both Taufik and Peter are about equal, even-steven, maybe just a hair advantage to TH; but either one could beat each other..

I thought he was was the youngest ever to be ranked #1 in Men's Single. Going into the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, he was ranked #1. I could be wrong, but I thought he was only 18 when he was ranked #1.

Of course he didn't won the gold that year. Four years later, Lin Dan Ranked #1 lost in the first round at the 2004 Olympics in Athens.

After that, they said that there might be a cursed on who ever is ranked #1 going into the Olympic Games. However Lin Dan broke that cursed when he won gold at the 2008 Olympics.

lol.. i think its always hard for players like TH and LD. After achieving so much at such a young age. When you are at the top, it will always be hard to stay there as everyone is tryiig/aiming to take you down. However, thats not to say that the players that beat them have no pressure also, as they work hard too.
