I will be in kuching 14 - 17 june for an educational trip, and hope i can watch the event. I never been to Kuching, this will be my first trip. so i need some help .....
Just wondering how far is Jalan Stadium (Petra Jaya) from Jalan Tun Haji Openg? by taxi?

i am from kuching, Tun Haji Openg if i m not mistaken is at Merdeka palace hotel, i think it would be about 30 mins drive. Have your bought your tickets?

no, i havent bought my ticket, can i buy my ticket at the door? I dont know if i could squeeze it into my schedule (could try my luck...fingers cross)...
is it easy to find taxi in kuching?

is it easy to find taxi in kuching?
taxi downtown is quite easy to find.. i think it'll be safer if u try before hand.. you dont wanna go to the stadium and find that tickets are sold out. since you're staying at merdeka palace, u can go to either sarawak plaza or parkson.. go to the lea sports centre to get tickets.. it's quite close from merdeka palace so it should be ok to walk if you dont mind the heat.. :)
