However, they are on the list of players for Japan in the Chinese Taipei Open next week.

Unfortunately, it has happened. Although I predicted that KBH will win, I kinda expected it also because the Romanian is pretty good.

Disaster for KBH.
Will BAM sack him?
tehsham 06-15-2006, 03:09 AM Disaster for KBH.
Will BAM sack him?
The scoreline 21-18 and 21-10 suggest that he lost easily......
elwin81 06-15-2006, 03:15 AM The scoreline 21-18 and 21-10 suggest that he lost easily......
News said that he already got knee injury in the first round.
xijiayu 06-15-2006, 03:18 AM But that cannot be the excuse. I have lost faith in him completely. Time for BAM to find new players and SACK him!
Jessica 06-15-2006, 03:28 AM Sorry to KKK/WPT...........against Chinese pair in next round.
what a start from LCW !!! :)
I hope KBH can proceed further with his 1st win in this MO.Ya,the china pairs are really strong.Anyway, hope they can try their best and win the match.I really hope our country can produce more mixed doubles pair coz now is only KKK/WPT are quite good compared to others .
johnps 06-15-2006, 03:29 AM Unfortunately, it has happened. Although I predicted that KBH will win, I kinda expected it also because the Romanian is pretty good.
Roman Spitko who beat KBH quite easily is not from Romania. He represents Germany.

Yes, is it because it's hard for them to concentrate on their double and mixed together? HTH also pair with another MAS gal........
Anyway, I like ZhangJun/GaoLing very much.......they are too good and it's really enjoyable watching them in the game.

I have no worry on MD...........
But MS...........not many potential players after LCW, Hafiz...........
hcyong 06-15-2006, 04:20 AM Roman Spitko who beat KBH quite easily is not from Romania. He represents Germany.
Blame his parents. They should have named him German Spitko.
jas1121 06-15-2006, 04:32 AM what happened to Kuan Beng Hong? He wasnt so bad when i saw him playing againts bao chun lai in the 2005 china masters eventhough he lost. He is kinda fast on court maybe is because he has lost his confidence completely to play properly after losing the againts Perrson in Tc 2006. I think he deserve more time under Li Mao before getting sacked by BAM.
badMania 06-15-2006, 04:34 AM Roman Spitko who beat KBH quite easily is not from Romania. He represents Germany.
Hehe...my mistakes again. Yes, he's from Germany.
Jessica 06-15-2006, 07:24 AM I have no worry on MD...........
But MS...........not many potential players after LCW, Hafiz...........Ya,its also worrying me.Its seem like MS in Malaysia are very little that talented like LCW and Hafiz. Now everybody is discussing about KBH.Actually i feel he is a quite good players, maybe after the TC2006,everyone blame him to make Malaysian lose to Denmark,so he have lose faith to himself. As a player, beside physically traning, strong in mental is also very important.I do not no too much, but i guess this probaly is the main reason that he perform not too well in recent competition. However,we should give some times for him to recover.I think he can sure do this coz we should learn from our failure and mistake.I really hope to see him can be the top player in the coming time.Let us wait and see his more performence.

Yes, loads of criticism on KBH recently. I think he just lack of confidence on himself. He got the skills, he can do it if he want to.
hara^kazuko 06-15-2006, 09:17 AM Malaysian Singles can be brought down by lack of confidence easily... Lee Chong Wei, Kuan Beng Hong n Hashim, all the same... SO they need some mental support frm the kuching crowd here.
badMania 06-15-2006, 09:28 AM I guess its not really lack of confidence. Its more of their mental attitude.
elwin81 06-15-2006, 09:31 AM thanks badMania.
I thought you will put this in the Day 2 post...........
badMania 06-15-2006, 09:34 AM thanks badMania.
I thought you will put this in the Day 2 post...........
Already edited...its now under Day 2.
hara^kazuko 06-15-2006, 09:34 AM Let us pray that Malaysian players will at least win a title for the home crowd...
Im putting high expectations on men's double since there are at least 4 pairs of both young n experienced Malaysian doubles successfully enter the next round
Malaysia pasti bangkit kembali!!
hara^kazuko 06-15-2006, 09:48 AM I guess its not really lack of confidence. Its more of their mental attitude.
Well, these two things are actually related to each other, arent they?
EastDevil 06-15-2006, 09:53 AM Well, these two things are actually related to each other, arent they?
I think what badMania refers to is how hard the players intend to try.
