Hello Members,
Greetings to all of you. Recently we’ve had quite abit of traffic congestion at GGBC. Must be all the clubs have succeeded in promoting our beloved sport :D!! Due to the high traffic we realize a lot of members are rather restless of the long waits and we do feel your frustration. We want to solve this in the best way possible and we’ve already started by altering our queuing system for better order on the courts, but we realize it will take some time to adjust.
Because of our desire to keep the queue running smoothly and make it fair to all players, we will eliminate ALL court rental bookings on WEEKNIGHTS between the hours of 7pm to 9pm. Bookings are still available outside the stated peak times on weekdays, and all day on weekends Bookings will be based upon availability and first come first serve basis, due to lessons, and the fact that no more than 3 courts can be reserved at any given time. Thank you for your understanding and your patience in understanding our efforts to try to do the best we can to please all our members and guests as well. This rule will be implemented starting next week Monday, July 3rd, 06. For those of you who have already booked for this coming week before July 6th, we will honor your bookings.
