need info on shuttle speed

Could anyone help me with what speed shuttle should I be using. I'm in Philadelphia, PA. the climate here is very much like New York.

The option for the speed I have are 49 or 50 (for Aeroplane brand shuttles).

speed 50 is faster than speed 49 . The distance about 12 inches difference.

in conditioning area use 50 because the air flow is fast.

no conditioning area use 49.

by conditioning do you mean air-conditioner / air-cooler or something else?
