Hi confuzzled
Drop in times are M-F 9am-12 noon and 12 noon-3pm. Cost is $4.50/person/session. We open 5 courts for drop-ins. Turnout varies day to day and session to session. Yesterday (Monday), the afternoon was fuller. This morning, we had a strong turnout. The whole idea of drop-in is to mix and match so you could end up playing with people you don't know (and make friends! :) )
Just grab a bunch of friends and try it out!
Madbad:
Do you have considerations to have drop in available for weekends as well?
Thank You

Hi Matt
At this point we have no plans for weekend drop-ins. The closest thing is Fri night drop-ins from 8-11pm. Cost is $6.50. Check it out. We expect some really strong players this Fri.

So there's going to be a drop in this Friday night? I just called RichmondPro and the girl told me drop ins were only in the morning.
If there is some advanced play this friday, I'd like to know...
thanks,
t

Also posted on the other thread, indeed there will be drop in on Fri nights 8-11 pm. To answer your question and Matt's on who's showing up, I've been told that there will be some higher level players. Bear in mind, drop in is usually mix and match so whether all you higher level dudes play together will depend on a little bit of organization. As for specific persons, I don't know.

Will there be a staff there to organize the drop-in, to enhance the "mix-and-match"?

To answer your questions:
1) Drop-ins are strictly mix and match. You put your names down on the sheet in 4-somes. If you want to skip a turn to play with a buddy or someone of your calibre, feel free to do so. Just make sure you organize it yourselves within the rules. PRO staff is there to make people aware of the rules (and enforce them if necessary!;) ). If you have any questions, speak to one of us.
2) You cannot use the 2-1 coupon for Fri night drop ins. They can only be used for daytime drop-ins.
Tomorrow is only the second Fri night drop-in at PRO so we hope for increased numbers. Hope to see some of you guys there.
Thanks

Just to let people know, the level of play at last night's drop-in was very good.
Quick question though, are both Kirin and Chris going to be there playing every Fri night or were they only there specifically for the photos?
Thanks again, I had good time.
