I have both a D600 and D900.
The D900 is a first-rate, all-around racket. It excels in all aspects. It's medium stiff to stiff, has a slightly head heavy balance and about 87 grams (a middle of the road 3U). It's stable and smooth and just a great racket for people looking for a well balanced, all-around racket.
The D600 is my current go to racket. It, like the D900, excels in all aspects but is significantly more powerful due to a bit more endload, 89-90 grams, slightly longer and stiff to very stiff (although I wish it was stiffer). It's a great all-around racket for someone who wants a heavier racket. It's ideal for attackers. I have three D600s on order and 1 warranty replacement coming in a week or so.

The D600 is way stiffer, the D900 is stiffer. Don't know about the D300 and D500, but probably a better match. As I recall, the MP88 is a rather flexible racket.

Hi DinkAlot,
How abt comparison between D600 with Woven 11? Which will be better? Any comments on Woven 2 and Woven 4A? Thanks.

Better is all relative. It's a close call but I have to give the edge to the D600 because it's more mobile at the expense of very little power. Both the D600 and Woven 11 are extreme attack rackets with surprisingly good defense (at least for me).
I haven't really tested the Woven 2 and 4 in detail. Ones I've tried, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.
