I use a 3U AT700, and recently, tried a friend's 4U
The difference seems to be.. huge, I prefer his 4U. The Grips are the same, both are SP

Or could it be the string's tension/type?

then ask him what string and tension he use and just apply it on ur 3u and you ll see if u like it. :)

hey guys. tried both...3u feels a lot more solid. no significant difference in racket head speed & arm fatigue (some say the arm absorbs more shock/vibrations from shuttle contact w/ a lighter racket, heavier rackets absorb more but you'll get tired coz of the weight). 3u produces more power...even if you string it in the high 20s.

by the way, saw/heard a couple of broken 4u at800de...dunno if its relevant to the issue of durability of the 4u at700.
