MP100's shift is wider while MP88's is thinner, the T-Joint in MP100 is built inside which we can't see from the photos below.

hmm, i dun understand why someone would cut up a good racket for a look.
With some filing, those 2 piece of shafts make an excellent pair of chopstick + straw combo.

I suck so bad.. do not deserve these rackets.. I will give my AT800DEF to who ever is willing to coach me for 3hrs/day about 2weeks. Otherwise that racket will be gone too... two years.. T_T from a newbie to a amateur.. I am over unstable in badminton... last wk i could beat a guy 15-1.. and this week it's reversed.. reason? I lost the feel for smash and clear.. don't know how to do them now.. why? lack of fundamental skillz. quite sad.. i was planning to go to toronto summer camp where they invited chinese national team to coach.. but failed since I couldn't find a place to live.. I live in Windsor.. a place where no decent coach could show up.. at least I don't see anyone would coach.. and so.. a garbage area like this can only built a SomathKong.. MS No.9 in Ontario.. sad.. sad.. canada isn't a badminton country... I wish I played badminton seriously in china .. ><' GL to all..
at this point I am trying to sell 2 fake rackets I own.. AT800OFF for $90 and NS8k $90.. they worth the price for sure.. bought from china as u expected... these are AAA racket.. =_=' not the ones that worth $20.
man... I just own too much rackets.. fake and real.. need to get rid of them.. need more space in my bedroom  oh, yeah.. forgot to mention, my AT800DEF real would be $170 hehe.. like new ^^ .. anywayz... enjoy guys.. and treat your rackets well.. =P

Hi Dong,

Interesting stuff with the T-joint etc. I assume fake rackets does have the yonex T-Joint and using cheaper materials. Since you won both fake and real yonex. Can you give me your opinions on playing with fake and real rackets?

Since I am not a professional player, I am only able to tell those obvious difference. Such as, the fake ones, take AT800DEF3U for example, tends to be head light and a tiny little bit heavier where you can barely feel the difference expect when you do a drive shot. It maybe a decent racket for those who play most with their wrist but lack of muscle and strength. The real AT800DEF is headheavy and you could feel the"aerodynamic" with a swing. The sound of both rackets are just different. Basically fake rackets use cheaper carbons. and real ones has better racket painting. they are many other threads about the difference b/w fake and real, go check them out. In my opinion, if you are a beginner, or still miss sometimes in your back court, then take the $20 fake ones. fake Musclepowers are really good, they are very flexible which most of beginners would like, or even intermidate level. Overall, they would just be a different racket with same structure and painting. Everyone has their different opinion since everyone is different on their stregth/ability and skill level. I personally recommand you to buy a fake YONEX if you are not a professional player, which would be much better than buying a real one around the same price. take any MP series in China for $15US would be good. ^^ Good luck on finding your best-fit racket :)

-u assumed wrong, i havent yet seen a fake with inner t-joint
-why do u want to know how does a fake play? fakes could be made by numerous different mom and pop shops. The ones made by mom maybe different from ones made by pops, sons, daughters, etc. If i show u a fake, can you tell me whom, when and where it was made? Even with a bag of potato chip i can.

little off topic, but are u trying to say that u r a pro who can pick out the fakes? xD from the last line -.-' while, I just saw a couple nice real racket selling at $80CA a piece in china.. stun.. there are holes on the handle as the real one for NS8k. don't know the legality of it tho..
when he asked "fake".. he meant racket with YONEX label but fake.. not Winnex and SOFX..

I meant to said does not had a inner t-joint.

I just back playing badminton after a few years off (can't find place to play near me). I am consider myself an advanced beginnger. I am looking for a new racket now and I want to make sure which racket suits me before I spend $200US on a yonex. Just curious about the quility of the fake yonex, stox, cy, genji etc...

then in my scale, ur a D+ to C-. U r wasting money on a 200US racket.Yonex loves u tho. This is going off topic, u should read other threads on what other beginners want to buy topic

according to ur definition, there are several 'pros' on this board that can tell a fake 3 feet away just from 1 picture, the right picture of course. No touching required.

you are definitely more evilish than I do, brother.. lol.. you should've said that earlier cauz i already threw them away -.-' sry a..
well, if you are so eager to see a frame got cut in half, i can ask my friend to take a photo of his broken AT700 or anyone who owns a broken racket in the forum if that's what you are interested to see :p lol

hahaha, i think cutting up the shafts of broken racquets and keeping them as a souveniour is a great idea. hmmm, now i just have to find those old racquets ....
