Hi! I'm just wonderin what kind of drills and what i can do to train to get my smashes harder! Also how to develop more strength in hittin! Thanks

Hello Chris,
You should develop a strong wrist first and then make sure that you want to develop on hitting the bird correctly on your racket's sweetspot and make sure that your timing is correct . You should hit the birdie in front always to maintain proper balance and timing.
