i haven't been playing badminton for a month now and i don't know much about anything anymore =/
but anyways
when i was watching Lin Dan and Peter Gade playing at the China Masters Opening 2006
i realized that game point was up to 21 :confused:
did they change the game point rules now?

Yea I noticed that too.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think only some tournaments adopted that.
Also, you get a point if you win the rally, its not dependent on who serves anymore.
I think there was some discussion about how some players changed their strategy of how aggressive to be.

Oh well, thats all I can say, I'm no expert at this.

yes. the scoring system has been changed to 3 games each game to 21 points. if you do a search for "scoring" you will find all the details.
