...same for me. I personally think that whoever wins that match will win the tournament. I have this sneaking suspicion that every player in the top ten is thinking up clever ways to counter Lin Dan. Its not far fetched to predict that Lin Dan will get an upset loss in the early stages. Lee Chong Wei, I'm sorry to say, can't handle Gade nor Hidayat.

Forget the stats. Its just that the last the time LCW meet Gade or Hidayat, he was definitely outclassed. I know LCW has improved alot and looked very impressive in his latest encounter against Lin Dan. However, LD's style is very different from Gade's and Hidayat's. LCW may defend very well against LD's smashes but I don't think he can handle the deceptive play of Hidayat and Gade. I watched his Thomas Cup match against Gade and he just couldn't get his rhythm going. Don't get me started about last year's semifinal against Hidayat, just don't.

Oh ok he lost to Taufik during last year's WC semi, but tats quite a long time ago right? He still has much weaknest then but not now. For Gade, he has well utilised his TC experience to beat LCW. How many times has LCW played TC? That was his 1st TC appearance and he has to played as the 1st singles. Now, LCW has gained much experience and he has performed far more consistent this year. And as i know, he is also 1 of the most deceptive players, so i cant see how Taufik and PG has the total advantage over him and dont forget the guy's speed & stamina is much better than the 2. Dude, judge from their most recent performance man!
The top 4 has different strengths and weakness, but has even chances to win this so dont underestimate any of them!

Taufik vs LD...If Taufik is back to his old form, IMO LD is the only guy who can give him a good fight...If rumors are true that TH didn't even join the practice sessions of INA team, I don't see him passing through CH or PG
