Ya. Its pretty clear now. The old two owners left already. :] you can come to ubc to see. I think. :D

Well I never knew who the owners are/were. I used to see a bund of young players like Bao Nguyen there taking care of everything. Now I saw Zhou Lei and her husband there everytime I went. Could it be Zhou Lei and her husband the new owners now?

that was indeed the rumor. i just hope someone can confirm...

Yes. Steven and Stacy sold UBC to the coaches.

Anybody know whats the reason behind the selling? I tot they are okay in the business: best coaching and have more students than other gyms in bay area.

At least I felt the place is much cleaner right now. There used to be lot of feathers on the floor when I went at lunch time. Look like Zhou Lei and her husband spend time every night to clean the floor.
