This can't be in the 2006 WC, there are too many people watching in the background. All of the pictures I've seen from the WC have empty seats in the background. I hope because it is still in the early rounds. But still this is the WC!

yah, that's moi...;):)..in this thread :http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36366
Actually, last yr @ the WC i was going to inquire abt that to Taufik, but totally forgot abt it in my busy schedule, while helping as LO..I noticed his playing style and grip around the Olympics(2004) and in subsequent tourneys...I would guess his strong wrist allows him to have such form, as if his wrist is "as strong" as his elbow, pivoting/rotating almost at ease; and that's probably where he gets the momentum of his smashes(if anyone tried holding it there before, it's quite difficult as you can't go down any further)..

BTW, thanks for the pics, cooler; they remind me of last yr's WC's above the head pics..

..:D ..just be careful when you jump up and swing the racket, not to come down awkwardly and injured yourself or hit someone with the flying racket..hehe;):)

Looking at the shoes, you can tell who has been training hard and who hasn't. Looks like Fu/Cai and PG are still wearing the WC2005 edition (silver)...correct me if I am wrong.
