uuuhhm, *if i'm not mistaken* and if they didn't change the time, i think the actual matches(Semis and Finals) themselves will start at 1 pm Japan time.

The webcast time, given by mikemike, i think is 12 pm China time(+9 hrs).
Which means, the actual broadcast will be at 9 pm PST (U.S. time)..;)

Anyone know whether the SF and F of Japan open 2006 will be broadcasted in CCTV 5 or GDTV ? ThanksGDTV (http://www.gdtv.com.cn/newpage/sports/ttdb.asp) isn't showing the Japan Open but they'll have the China Open starting on Tuesday though not full coverage on any of the days.

CCTV-5 (http://www.cctv.com/tvguide/11/01/20061015/5.shtml) is down for 3.5h of finals coverage tomorrow, starting at 12:30PM, but no semifinals today. The funny thing is that they are showing 2 badminton tournaments today for a total of 3h but neither is the Japan Open. Early morning is WC replay and late afternoon they'll have something about the Thomas and Uber Cup, I think.

I still haven't figured out where the TVAnts feed comes from. It needs to originate with some TV station but where did they find one that is showing badminton?

Ya. Does the webcast really workable? M playing it now. But, very very very lacking. I do go about 2 second the most also 5 second motion, then the rest is the pic still there. Check on the download speed, is about 600-700K and 400k upload. How come still so lacking??
