I can feel the pain of my foot every time after I play badminton. It is on the back of my foot arch and in the inner side. It is getting worse and worse. Now I can feel pain while walking and even standing for a while. What can I do?

Visit the doctor ASAP. And do not play for a while.

You probably have plantar fasciitis and it would be a good idea to see a doctor. I had this same condition a few years back and all I needed to fix it were insoles that provided good arch support. I used Superfeet Green insoles in all my shoes and the pain was gone after a few months. I continue to use them in my badminton shoes for their better support & cushioning compared to regular insoles. Check out their website below.

I had planta fasciitis and I had to stop playing badminton for more than a month. Hot pack will help to soothe the pain, and good insole helps too.

Thanks all for the input. Right now, I am using Super Feet Green and it kind of helps in the beginning. But now after a month, I cannot even feel if it is there.
