That's a wicked grip Kelvin. I wish i could have that on my racquets. I am sure that it would provide lots of grip because of those grooves. :)

I think i have seen something like this in golf! For plp to practise their grips i have seen a perfect grip with grooves like these.

So i guess someone extended the idea to baddy too.

But how does it work for backhand. I know u have to change your grip.

So let us see and if someones solves the ridle of back hand then pls do post it here.

Pretty werid of a racket. Lets see if other companies follow suit.

Note:Next time just post the link there, and not make the image appears becuase it uses up the bandwidth and I don't think Kwun likes to see those.

Hmm ... I think it will make it pretty difficult to vary your shots on the fly wouldn't it ??

I would hate that grip! i always twist the racquet around in my hand after each point as a habbit. if i had that, i wouldnt be able to do that and would go crazy from the frustration! :P

I wonder if they make 2 different grip shapes for each racket model to cater to left handers and right handers.
Whatever it is, I will probably go nuts trying to figure out how to grip it with a towel grip cos' there's no way you can stretch towel grips over those grooves!!!

strange indeed... :)

imho, another gimmick, i prefer to be able to rotate my grip and move around on the handle depending on situation. this will restrict my movement.

also, different people have different size hands.

at times i'd prefer to grip higher, especially when i'm in the forecourt. also. i'd also need a left-handed version of this grip.
