Just wonder whether any of our Singaporean badminton fanatics have plans to visit Doha.

Are there any cheap flights going there? Accommodation? Anybody going to support Team Singapore and how can one join in? Very tempting experience! :cool:

I think the living standard there quite cheap, beside that the flight also not really expensive.

Only TIME matter. Because most of us at the time = work, study, or busy with other thing. So can only watch from TV or Live Streaming loooorr :D

The time schedule is so weird, how come SF and F round will finish in one/same day? Check this below :

- 05/12/06 : Men's Team + Women's Team SF (09.00 Doha time)
Men's Team + Women's Team F (16.00)
- 08/12/06 : Mixed Doubles SF (09.00) and F (16.00)
And no rest day between Team and Individual event, surely fatigue!

As I read in several media Qatar is one of the wealthiest Middle-East country, high living-standard and everything is expensive including hotel/accomodation. Better for us to watch on TV but I have not yet some info about Official TV Broadcaster of this AG...

ya... qatar is very rich and 'prosperous' country, oil is cheap there :)
