hello.....is it true that IBF changed/imposed new scoring rule.....rallly to 21, and doesn't matter who serves for as long as you win the rally you'll get the point. also if the shuttles landed on the line, is it in or out?

IBF changed the official rules to 21 rally point.

If the shuttle touches the line, its in.

1) It has been 21 rally point for month(s?) now.
2) The shuttle has always been in if it touched the line; it is only out if it is outside of the line.
