Can anybody tel me available facility to play badminton in Eastern Province (Dammam/Khobar) for regular players who are with/without family status.

Probably my reply is late.. but in any case here are some details :

There are places to play in Khobar area.. if you have kids studying in the Indian school then you could apply for membership there. They play 5 days in a week. Other alternatives are Saudi Aramco (but you need to have some friends there to get you in).

yes there is an organization in damman, Philippines School in Dammam (PSD) every weekend, you can ask how much the membership pay.
