mmmm...i think *every* TH vs. LD encounter will be the main event, front and center for everyone..It's almost like a Mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali vs. whomever matchup(esp. Tyson's matchup, which brought laughters as well)..;) :cool:

Both are Talented players for sure. Its easy to say or judge people by their appearance. Like that the usual quote say "Never Judge A Book by Its Cover".
I would say that Taufik is more flamboyant and playful by nature. But in fact he is a good hearted person.
LinDan on the other hand, is kinda conservative due to the language barrier. He say even though he knows that he have many fans. But its hard for him to reach out due to Language. Both are actually great friend to know.

...esp. true on LD, as i've experienced/saw it first hand in last yr's WC..Well, i won't say he's conservative, but more reserve(doesn't really talk much) and yah, most likely due to language barrier(esp. if one does not speak mandarin)..If one doesn't "really understand" his demeanor at first encounter, one might think he's being "arrogant" or "exclusive"..
I guess on TH's nature, he's more "flamboyant" or "playful" because most likely of his, some would say, "playboy-ish" past..
Nevertheless, i can assure you guys, both players are truly nice guys..;);)

That's a nice photo :). Where was it taken? Yeah I think that's what people get wrong. There's much more to a person than what you see on TV or what you read in the papers.

Anyway I agree, each and every match TH and LD ever play will spawn many many threads regardless of the outcome :D. And with a possible three of these matches in one event these forums are going to be under very heavy load!

You can guess this is not far from the truth when you see Lin Dan win a match and pull his T shirt up over his head. That's his way of expression rather than him using words.
