Wad is the diff between extra-stiff and stiff for rackets? Do they affect ur game-play?

stiff = stiff
extra stiff = more stiff

extra stiff gives you better control, and potential more power if you can flex it. thats why all top end racquets are extra - stiff. there should be info about this with the search function.
