I guess the title of this thread is Day 4 semi finals. Since XD is the finals already, nobody is posting the info in here?

Anyways, Zheng/Gao won the first match 21-16, and is tied 20-20 in the 2nd game. Looks like a great match. Splitting up Zhang Jun with Gao Ling seems to be a great decision.

- Surprised to see XXF bow-down to WangC in 3 tough sets...It's nice to finally see a bit of change of scenery for the WS Final & I'm sure all the HKers(ie. Cheung, red00ecstrat, badMania even our own kwun must be quite ecstatic to see an all HK WS Final)..:p :cool: ;)

- Very surprised to see Luluk/Alvent able to pull together and finally compete in their first Final *this year*..:rolleyes:

- Surprised to see the young Kidho/Setiawan buckled and lost tamely to their young MAS compatriots KKK/TBH...although i think both pairs' playing style is similar and who knows maybe KKK/TBH were motivated after Rexy made that threat of leaving them..:rolleyes::p

INDEED.....I am surprised that WC can win....even though in my prediction, I did say that this would be the best moment for her to win...considering the crumbling confidences in the Chinese camp. Looks like the curse continues...if Zhang Ning loses...the other WS players will also lose :eek:

As for Luluk/Alvent...I am pleasantly surprised. Let's hope they can deliver the gold today.

As for Kido/Hendra, they will have their time in the next AG...since they will only be 26 yo, just the prime age!
