Lots of racquets (not as many as Dink).
Anything from the headloop folding on contact with a shuttle to the shaft literally shattering into pieces. Most recent one (my current racquet) the wooden handle had fractured and on removal of the shaft the top inch or handle had come apart from the rest of the handle. That’s a couple of weeks ago and since then its been rehandled and is back to its best (at least for a bit).

I have only broken 1 racquet so far. I hit the floor and it cracked. Totally my fault and it was a Cab30ms strung at 25lb. $115 gone.

Just two. Both cracked through the head-frame, but didn't break. Good racquets, so I kept playing with them until the tension was unbearably low. If I ever got them re-strung, though, they'd snap.

One only, and it was my partner's fault. He had a ridiculously long flick serve swing -- more like a high serve -- which followed over his shoulder and behind him. He hit my racket and it broke.
I've learned to watch out for players with big service swings since then.

I am in my fourth year of playing I think I broke something like 4 rackets. Most of them if not all, where broken or failed soon after I played with a left hand player. I got some adjustement problems when playing with a lefty.

Or not strung well. :p
I've broken some rackets, over 40 from mishits and snapping the shaft or handle. 65+ if you count clashes.
I'm only my 3rd Cab 20 Tour Special though (in the last 2.5-3 months), the shaft making creaking noises and getting flexy. :p

Probably the handle, get a replacement handle a bit of glue and a grip tape and your away again all for less than $10.

New handle is far cheaper than throwing your racquet away. (if you do want to throw it throw it in a jiffy bag too me, sure one of my youngsters would be more than happy to have a repaired Carbonex).

I never said anything about throwing away my racket. When I do throw them away, they are like the one on left, below:

Broke my first racquet ever when I was in highschool. It was a Slazenger racquet with an aluminum frame. Got it strung at 20 pounds and with one smash the frame snapped. The tension was too high for the racquet. Since then I have never personally broke another racquet. Unfortunately I lent out three of my Carbonex 20 originals to friends in highschool and they broke them. :crying:
Suggestion to Sir Dinkalot: If the shaft breaks near the cone. Why don't you just cut it straight and place a handle on them and give it to children so they can use them as junior racquets? That would make a kid happy and promote the sport of badminton. :)
Cheers,
D-man

I'll tell the guy, which the rackets belong to, that he has a fan overseas.:)
He has simply to much power for the handles. :D

What is wrong with your Ti-SP SX (can't tell from the picture)? Ah, so that is why is you are looking for a new one.
It would be nice if you can create an actual English page for us users too.

Well DinkALot, I am sure you can fill Hierkommtnils website pages full of broken rackets ROFL!

The frame is broken on the top, because the racket hits into a wall by reason of a slippery hand.
Ok, I check if it is possible to host a english version of the page, too.

Funniest break I have ever seen happened recently. Someone's racket broke above the handle during the upwards motion of an overhead swing, and the thing got stuck in the fixtures in the ceiling - well over 50 feet up!
