It was just voted today in Kuala Lumpur =)
All the BWF council had the same opinion therefore they gave France a big chance to make Badminton more popular in our country.
Badminton is growing up quite quickly here as we became the first school sport. But also with Pi Hongyan's help as she belongs to the top 10 since few years and we had many chances to see her on TV (that never happenned before !! ).
It's a really good thing for france, mainly because our population is showing interest for badminton, though it's always considered as the sunday sport at grandma and grandpa's house ..
But BWF knows that France could help badminton in having more influence around europe and around the world. =)
