I agree, the fact that Carlton has not touched its website in two years (other than to remove the forum section where people were posting complaints about Carlton's poor service) is pretty shameful. The facts that the website seems abandoned and Carlton does not respond to e-mails via their website's "Contact Us" section indicates a horrible disregard for customers

Where are you located? The extent of Carlton warranties, if any, varies depending on the country. Normally, there is no warranty in the U.S.

I was able to get warranty service in the U.S. (I had special circumstances -racquet purchased in the U.K. - as detailed in previous posts) by contacting Allison Broadway, the U.S. Racquet Customer Care Supervisor with Carlton's parent company, Dunlop Slazenger Group, at:

ABroadway@dsgamericas.com

If you live outside of the U.S., you can try contacting Terry Flynn, Carlton's U.K. Product Manager at:

Terry.Flynn@dsil.co.uk

He seems to be senior enough at Carlton to actually feel some responsibility toward his company's customers and referred Allison to me.

I would not mention the age of your racquet, as they might claim you sat on your warranty rights, if any, too long. Just be as honest as you can be without shooting yourself in the foot.

Good luck.
