Help to publish some local tournament lah. Early lah.
Am sure there are around KL, PJ, Subang area. Kepoh a bit and ask around mah.... then everyone can also kepoh and join in for fun...

There is one in Rawang but sorry lar kawan, is going to start this weekend. Is a team event. Next tournament, I will post up here. By the way, KLBC will going to host one tournament for doubles. Most likely in April or May. Hope anyone can join.

This is a good start. In singapore there are around 10 tournaments a year at least for the average/advanced players. Am sure Malaysia have more since its a bigger market. Do dig out all the kampungs and find out if they organize man. Like in JB some do organize it but tak ada orang tahu one. Heboh lah sedikit!:D

Usually MCA organize this kind of tournament. Like currently team event tournament held at Rawang, they offer Rm5,000 for champion. Not bad.

Kawan,
U played in Taiping before? Got one open tournament there during merdeka week. Watch out for the postings. I heard Lee Chong Wei went there for an exibition game with the locals (1 against 2) a month ago.

Quite a popular place for tourist. Players from Ipoh (you can check with some perak players) and Penang also comes to play. Even singapore residents come to play. Last year UK team of 40 players came. Enjoy.

FYI, there will be a tournament to be held in Bangi on Mar20 (will confirm). Entry fee is RM40. Prize money is RM 350 and other goodies. I hear its organized by Hafiz's brother.
I'll put up a thread on it in the next couple of days. Last day to register is Mar10.
