who disagrees with me?? I think that the worst carlton racquet is the Carlton 313. That's what it's called, just plain old carlton 313. has anyone heard of it or played with it? It was my very first racquet. The only good thing about it is that it has fairly decent strings considering that it is a very bad racquet.

Hmm. This is really bordering on philosophy. How bad can a racquet be and still be a badminton racquet? What constitutes a racquet? Would, for the sake of argument, a frisbee be a bad badminton racquet? If so, then would a frying pan would be better or worse? But then again, wouldn't a frying pan still be better than a broken Ti-10? Etc etc, ad infinitum.

what i'm trying to say is plain and simple. It's just the wost racquet Carlton has ever made and the reason it is the worst is because it has all poor charachteristics. I see your point but I had a completely different one.

It wasn't a bad racket per se. It was my first "real" badminton racket back in 1994 when I just started out playing. I don't know what the composition of the racket was, but it served me well for sometime. And then I got better, and my smashes would actually deform the racket. So, I retired it and got a graphite Victor. :-)
