SHB 70EX.

Whats the EX for? Are these shoes good for someone with wider than average feet? How good are these?

Tried a forum search on the shoes - no results.

I wear a pair of these and I have wider feet. They fit very comfortably for me but the design is questionable.

I've used this pair for about 8 months (about 5 to 7 hours a week). The non-reinforced areas have blown open. The areas and the blue plastic areas are fine, but in front and behind of them the cloth material has ripped off the leather. I've sewn then back and after a month another rip in another area has opened.

I'm looking forward to the SHB 79 Wide? I think I've heard about this on the forum.
