Is there a good place in seattle that specializes in badminton stringing? I don't want to go to a generic racket store that mostly string tennis or squash rackets.
Thanks a lot!
Cheers,

anybody? there should be a small community of badminton players in seattle. i could drive to richmond, canada to get it rackets strung by clearone but that's 6~7 hours roundtrip.
I am around the Seattle area. However I don't trust any stringers around here. There is supposedly a person named CY and some other ones, but however after my own friends shown me the stringing jobs done by them, I would not recommend them because of the quality.
I get my rackets done in Vancouver at Tad's since they do same day stringing. I'm not too sure about Clear 1 since I heard the time varies.
I often go back to Richmond about every 2-3 weeks or whenever I have time to spend the weekend back home.

You can bring the racket in any time, but it's probably be recommended you bring it in at early as you can in case there are people's rackets ahead of you who may need theirs done right away. The fastest the racket can be done is within 20 minutes assuming no interruptions (ie. customers, phone, etc...). You could phone the store and try to give them a heads up so they can do your racket right away when you come in.
It costs $10 CDN assuming you provide the string.
It sounds like you want to go a quick dash and go. How about spend the weekend in Richmond and enjoy the chinese food! :D
