I agree. If you are diving more than once or twice a game, if even that, you should re-assess your footwork technique.

Knee pads are for volleyball. You don't really need them either.

Do you have patellar tracking problem? Are your ligaments weak or surgically repaired due to rupture? You should see a doctor first. Do you have mild to advance OS?
